AX522 Update

After discussing our awaiting shipment of AX522 units with Parcel Force today and putting them under a degree of pressure, we actually find out, contrary to discussion yesterday, that it is actually Customs who are holding up the processing.  We found out from Parcel Force that the Customs service at the International Hub, Coventry have a massive backlog of parcels awaiting processing.  This is the result of a crackdown on counterfeit goods entering into the UK from the Far East. As our legitimate products are coming from Taiwan, they are also bonded and awaiting Customs inspection together with all the potential counterfeit goods entering into the UK.  Unfortunately there is no pressure you can put on Customs, all you get is the typical official authoritative response and no further negotiation.  This is getting very embarrassing for our company and I think we will soon have to post the EMS tracking number, just to assure our customers that we are not pulling a fast one and so they can also track the shipment through the Parcel Force Tracking Service:-)
